By using PsiControle, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
Use of the App
PsiControle is a productivity and organization tool for clinical routines.
Professional Responsibility
The user is responsible for how they use the app and for complying with professional, ethical, privacy, and legal obligations applicable to their practice.
Local Data
The user is responsible for managing and protecting the information they enter into the app.
The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, iOS issues, iCloud backup settings, user deletion, or Apple services.
Calendar and Notifications
Calendar integration and notifications are optional features. The user is responsible for configuring these features appropriately for their privacy needs.
Subscriptions
Access to PsiControle requires an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
Free Trial
When available, the free trial unlocks all features for 14 days. At the end of the trial, the selected subscription starts automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Users can cancel or change the subscription in their Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The app does not cancel subscriptions inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Restore Purchases
Users can use Restore Purchases to recover access on devices using the same Apple ID.
Apple Standard EULA
Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless custom terms are published in the future.
No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice
The app does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
The app does not replace professional judgment.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their device secure, maintaining appropriate backups, and complying with their professional obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
